When to contact support
Contact HomePets if you need help with account access, booking confirmation, payment issues, cancellations, or booking changes that cannot be resolved from the current UI.
What to include
Include your booking ID, listing name, pet stay dates, and a short description of the issue so the team can triage it quickly during launch.
Launch support process
During the curated launch, booking-specific support should be routed through the support contact shared with customers at confirmation time. Active booking issues should be prioritized ahead of general enquiries.
Cancellation and refund questions should be reviewed alongside the public Cancellation & Refund Policy.
