These terms apply to the limited V1 launch of HomePets and are intentionally narrow in scope.
Launch scope
HomePets V1 is limited to curated inventory in one local launch area. Listings are reviewed by HomePets before being made public, and provider onboarding is handled offline rather than through self-serve signup.
Accounts and bookings
You are responsible for providing accurate account details, booking dates, and pet-care information. A booking is not complete until HomePets records the booking and the payment flow finishes successfully.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' bookings, submit false or misleading information, or interfere with the payment and booking flow.
Changes and support
Because this is a small curated launch, HomePets may adjust listings, availability, support processes, and operating coverage as needed. Cancellation and refund handling is governed by the published policy and the recorded booking state.
