How we use it

We use your information to authenticate you, show the correct booking data, process booking requests, support cancellations or refunds, and investigate service issues.

We also use limited operational data to monitor launch quality, respond to incidents, and improve the frontend after launch.

Payments and providers

Payment checkout is handled by HomePets' payment provider. The frontend does not store full card details. Booking data may be shared with the assigned listing owner or provider only as needed to deliver the booked service.

Retention and support

We retain booking and support records for as long as needed to run the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and support refunds or charge investigations during the V1 launch period.
